Activity Logging

For logging Mails, Calls, Meetings etc. you can either go on the Companies or the Contacts Profil. Just click on “Log activity” (No.1)in the Contact Tool Bar. The documentation will appear in the profile on the right side (No.2).

To have a quick briefing on previous activities you can also filter the

timeline (No.3).

After having logged an activity it is essential that you

keep yourself reminded on follow-up activities. Here you can chose

between “Create task” and “Schedule” (No.4).

For the beginning it is easier to create yourself a “Task” with a bullet point

like “call again”, “send brochure” or “check interest”. Those tasks will be

sent to your email adresse only, as a reminder on the date you set them to.

Attention

Emails can only be logged in the "Contact" Profil - not on the Company's!
