You have a very fast approving process. Our EPs are not exclusive to the companies and if the process takes too long, the best EPs will accept a different opportunity and we need to start searching all over again which means a lot of work for us and also not a great experience for the companies. You can ensure a fast process time by agreeing during a company meeting on the flow shown below.

You set clear deadlines with the companies to follow the timeline and track them and keep them accountable

You frequently communicate with your Partner LCs, give feedback for their candidates and ask for more CVs if necessary

You check the applications at the latest every second day in order to deliver a great service and experience to the EPs and companies because they get a shortlist faster than expected

If the company doesn't like the shortlist, ask for very precise feedback and explanations why the candidates aren't suitable. Normally, you should not do more than two rounds of shortlists

After the company has decided on a candidate, write the EP and the EP Manager directly an e-mail and WhatsApp message with the next steps and track them that the official approve happens as soon as possible. If the EP manager doesn't answer, contact the respective MCVP to accelerate the process. WhatsApp is always faster than mails. You can find the global contact sheet here.
