Sales Pipeline

Congratulation! You have further interactions with a company! To Keep the Sales Pipeline up to date take a look on the different stages:

Matching Pipeline

Once you have raised the opportunity you can change your Deal from Sales  to Matching Pipeline.

Set it to Draft and go to EXPA to create the opportunity there as well.

You are not able to open the opportunity yourself. The NST has to set it from draft to either review (if something is missing) or open. To let the NST check upon your ExPa Opp, just set your Pipeline on Draft and tag your NST consultant- NST check HubSpot daily.

Fill out the Deal with required information like ExPa Link, Salary, Duration etc.

Once you have matched an EP you need to add a trainee contact to the company. All important documents for the EP should be attached in the EPs contact info.

Reception Pipeline

Congratulations! You can now start to prepare everything for the interns arrival!
Meet up asap with your Reception responsible and officially give over the Opp for the after match process. Everything regarding the company will stay in iGT/iGVs charge but the rest will be managed by the reception team.

After changing the Pipeline from Matching into Reception Pipeline the stages are as followed:

Be as careful as possible in collecting, naming and storing all documents in Hubspot and the G-Drive. If this is done well the reception responsible is able to easily take over, execute fast and to take it to perfection!

Moreover, you won’t face any troubles in the half term Management Report and safe yourself a lot of time and the LC money!  ;)

Important: The reception responsible has to be the Hubspot Owner of the EP Contact, in some cases also of the Deal as soon as it enters the Rec Pipeline. Please clarify this in your IGT-Rec Interface.
