SALES: All the processes that go into actually finding companies who want to cooperate with us and sell internship Opportunities to them.

As soon as the contract is signed with the company, we have an Open!

APPROVE: All the processes that go into actually finding an intern who would like to work with our company.

As soon as you find an intern and the company decides to hire him/her you have an approve!

REALIZE & VALUE DELIVERY: All the processes that go into giving the intern and company a smooth collaboration from start to departure with a focus on delivering value to the company and the EP (leadership development). As soon as you took care of all necessary steps to get the intern to Germany and startes to work you have a realize!
